Casual Vacancy
Tutbury Parish Council wishes to inform residents that a casual vacancy has arisen in the office of Councillor.
In accordance with electoral regulations, if TEN electors from the parish submit a written request for an election to the Returning Officer by 7 October 2025, an election will be held to fill this vacancy. If no such request is received, the Parish Council will have the authority to fill the vacancy by co-option.
Should an election be called, it will take place no later than 4 December 2025.
