πŸš‘ New 24/7 Community Defibrillator Installed at Fauld Industrial Estate πŸš‘

We’re pleased to announce that Tutbury Parish Council and Tutbury Patient Forum have successfully secured grant funding for a new community-access defibrillator, now installed at Unit 115 A & B, Fauld Industrial Estate. This life-saving equipment is available 24/7 and has been registered with the ambulance service to ensure it can be used in an emergency.

A huge thank you to Phil Springall, who generously offered space on his business premises and is supplying electricity to keep the temperature-controlled cabinet in working order. Thanks also to Dan Brown V IX electrical services for installing it and to the dedicated councillors who gave their time to complete the project.

This defibrillator was installed following a request from a Fauld resident, as existing defibrillators in the area were only accessible to private businesses. In addition, Tutbury Parish Council has funded a bleed kit, which is now available at the same location.

We are proud to support this initiative for the safety and well-being of our community.
